What happens if I buy a credit card, but do not use it?

   If the credit card has annual fees, you have to pay those. If you don’t use the account at all, it may expire over time. Otherwise, if you don’t charge anything on it, there’s nothing to pay.

   The Pay Pal Credit Card does not have an annual fee.

   So no you won’t pay if you don’t use it.
